Free shipping, UAE wide

Shipping is free on every order across the United Arab Emirates, except remote areas where an AED 15 delivery fee applies. The fee is added automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Delivery takes 1 business day across the UAE. Remote areas are delivered on Thursdays and Sundays only, with an AED 15 delivery fee. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Address changes

Need to change your delivery address? Contact us as soon as possible after ordering - we can update it any time before dispatch.

Delivery issues

If your order has not arrived within 7 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us through the contact page and we will track it down or reship it.
